Scott Greenwood
is the owner of Greenwood Mgmt Resources, a PI Worldwide member firm. As CEO and Senior Consultant, he works with senior managers and business owners to provide professional advice on various talent management issues including selection and hiring, productivity, morale, communication, identifying potential, team building, change management, conflict resolution, sales skills assessment and sales training, and leadership development..
From 30 years of owning and managing a successful financial services company, Scott has the business experience to be able to quickly identify appropriate solutions for his clients. Over 13 years ago he started to use the Predictive Index in order to apply precision deployment of his human assets in that financial services company. He became trained as a PI Analyst at a Predictive Index Workshop and applied his new knowledge, reaching record productivity and profitability. A few years later he sold the business and changed careers in order work full time with the Predictive Index training clients' to become PI Analysts for their own companies so they will become more efficient, dynamic, and profitable.
Scott has worked with companies of all sizes in various industries including but not limited to franchise operations, retail chains with over 300 locations, hospitals, multi-billion dollar financial institutions and insurance, security design and installation, high tech firms, vehicle dealerships, engineering design and manufacturing, hospitality, printing firms, recreation, resort management, construction and marine operations.
Elaine Greenwood
is Chief of Operations for Greenwood Mgmt Resources bringing a broad base of business experience to her position. Using that experience along with being a trained Predictive Index Analyst and Consultant she can provide great insight for clients to help them understand the significance of the information from Predictive Index, the Sales Skills Assessment Tool (SSAT) and the Customer Focused Selling (CFS) workshop.
