As part of the start-up fee, we do one Predictive Index® (PI) and one PRO (Job Analysis). You can choose to give the PI to whomever you want-the hiring manager, a key coworker, a candidate, etc. This information gives us insight into the behaviors and drives necessary for excellent performance.
We will conduct an in-depth analysis of the job, using the PRO and our consulting skills to understand the job. This step provides a behavioral road map of the job. With this road map we are in a position to help you hire people who will do that job effectively.
After the candidate takes the PI, administered by you at your location, we will score it and discuss with you how that person will perform in the job. We compare this person to what is required by the job, highlighting fits and gaps, so you can make an informed decision. If you have done a PI on a manager, we can discuss similarities and differences in their working styles as well. Since this is a live conversation by telephone, you can achieve a high comfort level with the information.
